About the Author: Brandi Roberts was born in Fort Worth, Texas in 1974. She currently resides in Boise, Idaho with her husband, two boys, and the family dog, Martha Washington. She is the author of The Backsliders Guide to Weight Loss.
Brandi enjoys hiking in the foothills of Boise, traveling, and watching independent films.
Brandi competed in Fitness Competition where she place 1st in her first contest, the North Carolina Fitness Championships. She then went on to place 5th at Ms Fitness Europe, and 21st in Ms. Fitness World 2001. After years of personal setbacks, she has since reclaimed her love for health and wellness and wants to share her philosophies with you.
